For order issues such as damaged, defective, or wrong items, please contact us here.
We are happy to accept returns on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached) within 30 days of delivery. All returns have a shipping label fee, which will be deducted from the total refund. This fee is waived if you opt for a store credit refund. Alternatively you may purchase your own shipping label to return the items and include a packing slip that we provide.
The Sustainable Mask, Gift Cards, e-Gift Cards, and items from the Archive Collection are final sale and cannot be returned.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are issued to the original form of payment. Orders placed with store credit are refunded as store credit.
If you are in the UK, we are happy to create an exchange order for you. Please contact our Customer Care team by email with details of what you would like to return. Kindly note that our pieces are manufactured in small batches. This means that size and colour combinations are limited and availability is not guaranteed.
Although we are unable to offer direct exchanges for non-UK orders at this time, if your items are within our return policy, we recommend creating a return for store credit and using that store credit to place a new order.
If you have requested a refund for your return, please allow 14 days from the date we receive the product back for your refund to be processed.
